Product Description

Made with all-steel construction, this spring-loaded, free-wheeling device allows adjustment and safeguards against accidental free wheeling. Features include a Weston-style load brake, dual-stage reduction gearing, and a hardened alloy steel, nickel-plated grade 100 load chain. The top and bottom hooks rotate 360° and open slowly without fracturing under overloads.
