Immersion Temperature Probe: Thermistor, Proprietary Mono, For Air/Surface Application

Handheld thermistor probes measure the temperatures of soft and semi-frozen materials. Also known as insertion probes, they have short or long straight sensors with sharp or reduced-diameter tips. The pointed tip penetrates and measures the internal temperature of solid or semi-frozen materials. They are commonly used to measure molten plastics and rubbers and for recording temperatures in food production, storage, and transportation applications.
