Product Description
These thermoplastic rubber duct hoses have a smooth interior that helps prevent material from sticking inside the hose, maximizing air flow. They provide excellent crush resistance, and they have an external wear strip that protects the hose from damage in applications where it will be dragged. These hoses are used for fume-removal and dust-collection applications in the facility-service and municipal industries. They can also be used as conduit to cover and protect cables. The hoses resist abrasion, chemicals, moisture, ozone, and UV rays.
These duct hoses are primarily used to blow, vacuum, or exhaust dust. Some types of this duct hose may also be used for moving other materials, such as fumes. The smaller a duct hose's bend radius, the more flexible the hose is. Duct hoses for dust are sometimes known as dust-collection hoses or dust hose.
