Product Description

This 1-pc. clamp-style threaded shaft collar is made to Ruland's exacting standards to help ensure performance benefits, including tightly controlled face-to-bore perpendicularity (TIR ≤ 0.002") for proper alignment of mating components. It is machined from bar stock from North American mills that are selected to help assure consistency and high hoop strength. Double-tapped threading helps ensure precise, burr-free threads for proper fit, easy installation and removal, and extended shaft life. The one-piece design wraps tightly around the shaft for even distribution of clamping forces without the shaft damage caused by set screws, and with greater holding power. Plus you gain the superior axial holding power of a threaded shaft collar compared with smooth bore units. RoHS2 and REACH compliant.
