Features smart brake technology with a current-driven electromagnetic brake that does not release unless the motor is energized, and a heavy-duty cast iron chain guide. Chain container included. IP55 rated for indoor or outdoor use. Meets ANSI/NFPA 70, ANSI/ASME B30.16, and HST-1M standards. UL Listed to UL 1340
