Passive infrared occupancy sensor detects body heat in motion and automatically turns lights On and Off as people enter and leave a room. By reducing the amount of time the lights are on, the sensor cuts energy consumption and significantly reduces energy costs. Must be located where full line-of-sight is possible. The integrated photocell can keep lights off if there is sufficient daylight in the room. A patent-pending wiring method lets sensor function with or without a neutral connection. Preconfigured for wiring without a neutral; however, if connection to neutral is required by code, contractors can convert the unit in seconds.
