These ANSI Level-5 heat-resistant mechanics-style gloves have a Kevlar palm. Kevlar is a lightweight and heat-resistant fabric with excellent durability and cut protection. ANSI heat level 5 is designed for use at high temperatures and with hot surfaces. Heat level indicates the maximum temperature that gloves can be used when handling hot objects before the worker will begin to feel a burn.
