The Bosch plunge base works with Colt™ palm router motors (sold seperately) to expand the router's versatility. It features smooth plunge action and a spring-lock plunge control lever. A depth adjustment system includes a seven-step adjustable depth stop turret plus the Bosch Afterlock microfine depth adjustment for a fast, accurate bit depth setting. The precision centering design makes it easy to keep the bit on the intended outline when using jigs, templets, dovetail fixtures, and similar guidance devices.
