Product Description

3M™ Cubitron™ II Roloc™ 2" fiber disc 982C is made with 3M's high-performing ceramic precision-shaped grain and offers precision grinding when a smaller-sized disc is needed. Use for medium- to heavy-duty stock removal on carbon steel applications such as edge chamfering, beveling, weld grinding, and removing mill scale, pits and imperfections, machining grooves, and more. Provides fast cuts, lessens heat build-up due to friction, and reduces heat-related stress cracks and discoloration. Stiff fiber backing with strong resin bond provide durability and tear-resistance. Roloc™ attachment system provides easy disc changes between grades or applications.
