RUST-OLEUM® high performance direct-to-metal epoxy mastic applies directly to metal and tightly adhered rusted metal. The standard 9100 system is a high-solid, self-priming, solvent-based mastic provides maximum corrosion protection. Excellent for concrete floors, galvanized steel, masonry, and painted, clean, or sound steel.
