These corrosion-resistant wire-shelf utility carts are made from stainless steel or a combination of stainless steel and chrome. They resist rusting when used in environments where they will be exposed to frequent cleaning, washdown, or other corrosive materials, such as food-service facilities, laboratories, healthcare facilities, cleanrooms, and manufacturing plants. The carts have wire shelves with a shallow lip that requires objects to be lifted less far to put them onto or take them off of the shelves than lipped or deep lipped shelves. The shelves' height can be adjusted in 1" increments to accommodate different sizes of items.

Wire shelf and utility carts have wire shelves that let dust and debris fall through and away from the cart, which helps keep the shelves clean. The shelves also allow air to circulate through the shelves for ventilation, and they make it easier to see items on the shelves compared to solid metal or plastic shelves.
