- Tensile strength: 9000 psi Continuous use temp.: 270°F Feature outstanding optical clarity, mechanical strength, consistent printability, and ease of processing. Offers excellent ink adhesion without pretreatment. Compatible with conventional solvent-based inks, many UV-curing inks, water-based inks, and infrared curing inks. Capable of transmitting 90% of visible light, permitting use as LED/LCD windows. Used in a wide range of thermoforming, including vacuum, pressure, embossing, matched metal, hydroforming, drape, thermal, and pressure-assist forming.
