These coveralls have a breathable back panel and protect workers from hazardous dry particulates and non-hazardous liquid splash and spray. Garments with a breathable back have full protection on the front of the garment and reduced protection on the back of the garment to keep workers cool and help prevent heat stress. Dry particulates are larger in size than aerosols and include dust and dirt. Splash is non-pressurized or lightly pressurized when it contacts a garment, while spray is pressurized. Coveralls are a single garment worn over personal clothing that protects the worker's front, back, arms, and legs.
