Stretch wrap cutters slice through stretch wrap, bubble rolls, paper, and twine from packages and bundles. The handheld cutter has a recessed blade that cuts long lengths without the stretch wrap jamming the blade. Cutters are also used to cut wrapping from the roll or remove stretch wrap from a bundle.
