Belt-Drive Smoke Exhaust Tubeaxial Fans
- Mount: vertical or horizontal Permanently lubricated ball bearings with double-wall insulated cover Heat slinger on the shaft to dissipate heat Max. inlet air temp.:/smoke exhaust rating: 500ºF for 4 hr., 1000ºF for 15 min. Max. ambient air temp.: 200ºF Precision-balanced, corrosion-resistant baked enamel-coated steel blades Mounting flanges on both ends for easy installation Designed for life-saving smoke exhaust under severe temps. Dual-belt, variable pitch drives are designed for 1.5 service factor. Heavy-gauge baked enamel-coated steel housing and belt guard. Install according to the requirements of NFPA 92A, Recommended Practice for Smoke Control Systems. Intended for connection to and control by Listed Smoke Control System Equipment (UUKL). Motors and belts are packed separately when complete fan with drive package is ordered. UL Listed for U.S. and Canada. Note: These fans cannot be used if the environment surrounding them is not always free of flammable gases, vapors, or liquids; combustible dust; or ignitable fibers or flyings. Installation must comply with all local and national safety codes including the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the National Fire Protection Act (NFPA). OSHA complying guards are required when fan is installed within 8 ft. of floor or working level, or within reach of personnel. Review OSHA Codes and UL Standards.
