The electromagnetic door holder from EDWARDS SIGNALING® holds doors open until released by a fire alarm system, remote smoke detector, or other switching device. Fail-safe operation—power failure releases door to a closed position. Door closer is required to close door. Designed for floor mounting using floor mounting plate (included). Die-cast metal construction with a powder epoxy aluminum finish. Use for applications that require holding double doors.
