Low-stretch, twisted nylon rope is used extensively by building and sporting goods trades.

Also known as 3-strand or laid rope, twisted nylon can absorb sudden shock loads that would break ropes made of other fibers. It resists oils, gasoline, grease, marine growth, and nonacidic chemicals. It is also rotproof, with very good resistance to abrasion and ultraviolet (UV) rays.

Due to the 100% filament nylon material and twisted construction, the spliceable twine can be expected to last 4 to 5 times longer than natural fiber twine.

SNAPBACK SAFETY WARNING: A dangerous situation occurs if personnel are in line with a rope under tension. Should the rope fail, it may recoil with considerable force. Death may result.
