Product Description
These controls regulate heat-tracing systems to provide freeze protection both indoors and outdoors. They can control a single heat-tracing circuit or act as a pilot control for a contactor switching multiple heat-tracing circuits. Also known as low-temperature cutout thermostats, they have weatherproof enclosures that meet NEMA 4X, so they're suitable for areas that are exposed to water spray, high humidity, airborne contaminants, and corrosive conditions. These controls are compatible with single-stage systems. Single-stage systems have a single output level and allow the system to be either on or off. These controls have a capillary tube and sensor that monitor and regulate the temperature of the ambient air, a liquid, or a gas at a distance away from the control.
