These ANSI Level-5 heat-resistant gloves mechanics-style gloves have a silicone palm. The silicone-coated palm provides a secure, water-resistant and slip-resistant grip. ANSI heat level 5 is designed for use at high temperatures and with hot surfaces. Heat level indicates the maximum temperature that gloves can be used when handling hot objects before the worker will begin to feel a burn. Heat level and burn time are affected by object temperature and weight and length of time the object is held. A2 cut-level gloves protect hands from light cut hazards such as handling plastic, thin sheet metal, and other light raw materials.
