Meet CVSA and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration standards. WARNING: Do not exceed working load limit. Working load limit of an assembly is determined by the component with the lowest working load limit. CM® EZ Pro Lever Binders 1-finger cam releases at 12 o'clock position and provides a safe recoil. 360° swivel clevis allows straight line pull.
