Product Description

Handheld filtration units are portable filtration systems used to clean hydraulic fluid in hydraulic systems, such as those found in gear boxes, turbines, and construction and agricultural equipment. They have a handle to ease carrying and include a motor, pump, and filter element mounted on a frame. Unlike in-line filters that continuously filter fluid as it passes through the system, these off-line systems are not intended to be permanently attached to the system. They are used to filter new fluid before it is added to the system, flush and drain systems, and top off reservoirs.

Handheld filtration units are portable filtration systems used to clean hydraulic fluid in hydraulic systems, such as those found in gear boxes, turbines, and construction and agricultural equipment. They have a handle that allows the user to carry the unit to the hydraulic system. Unlike in-line filters that continuously filter fluid as it passes through the system, these off-line systems are not intended to be permanently attached to the system. They are used to filter new fluid before it is added to the system, flush and drain systems, and top off reservoirs. Filters can be changed when they become dirty or clogged. Clean hydraulic fluid reduces contaminant buildup and maintenance costs and extends the working life of the system.
