Product Description

Alligator hammer-on conveyor belt lacing provides a strong grip and uniform tension across the width of the belt. The lacing has a low profile that minimizes noise as it moves over the conveyor rollers, reduces the risk of the lacing interfering with the belt or conveyor components, helps prevent excess wear and tear on the lacing, and provides a smooth surface that will not interfere with equipment used to clean the belt. It is installed by hand using a hammer. The lacing comes in a strip and can be used on belts of any width. It is commonly used to install a new conveyor belt or repair an existing belt on powered conveyors in packaging, agricultural, recycling, and scrap handling applications. These mechanical fasteners connect the ends of the belt, and they allow the belt to be installed on the conveyor without having to disassemble the conveyor system, which minimizes downtime for the conveyor.

Conveyor belt lacing can be used to install a new conveyor belt or repair an existing belt on a powered belt conveyor. These mechanical fasteners join the ends of the belt to form a loop. They allow the belt to be installed on a conveyor without having to disassemble the conveyor system, which minimizes downtime for the conveyor. Unlike endless conveyor splicing, conveyor belt lacing will show signs of wear, allowing users to schedule downtime for repairing the belt before it malfunctions. Conveyor belt lacing is commonly used in warehousing, package handling, manufacturing, assembly, and distribution applications.
