Product Description
The pointed tip on the hook of these safety cutters pierces materials, and the recessed blade within the hook slices through materials on the pull stroke. The removable cutter head can be replaced when the blade wears out. Single-hook cutters cut shrink wrap, plastic pallet strapping, corrugated cardboard, and other thin materials.
