The plastic shelves on these utility carts have hinged sides that can be flipped up to create a lip that stops items from falling off the shelves. The sides can be flipped down to create a flush surface that lets users slide items onto or off of the shelves when loading or unloading the carts. The carts have I-shaped support posts that allow easier access to the bottom shelves than carts with four corner support posts.
