Made of a tough, durable web, this high-strength general purpose disc is designed to effectively clean, deburr, denib/defuzz, and achieve satin finishes on a wide variety of metals. The nonwoven, open-web material runs cool, resists loading, and keeps the abrasive minerals cutting at high performance by limiting clogging of the nylon fibers. This conformable disc may be used individually or stacked on a straight shaft tool or bench motor to condition larger areas, bar grates, louvers, vents, and tracks. It works well on irregular surfaces, and fits into tight areas without damaging the base material. The wear-resistant edge provides consistent finishes and long disc life.
