Product Description

  • 30 LB. tensioner is ideal for use with 4-in-1, 3-in-1, air brake assemblies and electrical cords
  • Patented heavy duty automatic extension and retraction tensioner assembly helps to prevent unnecessary sagging and over extension of critical line and cable assemblies
  • Universal mounting plate allows for mounting on either the right or left side of any EZ Claw mounting bracket (brackets sold separately)
  • Holds air and electric lines 18" to 24" higher than OEM and aftermarket tender springs, keeping critical lines and cables clear of moving parts, frame rails and catwalks
  • Eliminates the need for springs, pogo sticks and bungee cords which can fail at any moment causing breakdowns, delays and out of service DOT violations
  • No need for general maintenance as it comes pre-lubricated for worry free operation
  • The tensioner comes pre-loaded, keeping the cable retracted when not in use helping to eliminate excessive sagging and chafing of lines and cables
  • Laser-cut and robotically-welded steel for durability and strength
  • Zinc plated and powder coated for corrosion resistance and longevity
  • UV protected nylon webbing with a brass grommet and stainless steel mounting hardware for longer life
