The EP28 is an application specific flasher that is designed for various Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, Oldsmobile, Pontiac and Saturn vehicles from 1995 to 2005. The EP28 is LED compatible and is proudly made in the U.S.A. by Novitá Technologies Inc.
