• Project Management: Works with business partners on IT project Intake, establishing project priorities, managing project work, budget, timeline and gathering system requirements.
• IT Operations: Manages day to day system operations such as system monitoring/alerting, performing system patching and upgrades, workstation roll out and maintenance along with troubleshooting, diagnostics and problem resolution.
• Software Development: Performs custom programming according to specific business needs.
